Timothy J. Turner

Mr. Turner is a Partner in Centre Law’s government contracts and labor and employment groups and runs a comprehensive practice focused on litigation, regulatory compliance, and enforcement defense involving federal contractors. With extensive experience representing clients before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA), the Small Business Administration (SBA), and the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Mr. Turner advises contractors of all sizes—from small, disadvantaged businesses to large defense contractors.
