Bethanie is Senior Employment Counsel at Slack Technologies, Inc., where she manages a range of employment legal compliance matters and special projects in the U.S. and internationally. She collaborates with People, Recruiting, and Total Rewards teams to develop innovative and practical legal solutions to advance Slack's mission to make work life simpler, more pleasant, and more productive. Prior to joining Slack, Bethanie was an employment defense litigator in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Outside of work, she serves on philanthropic boards, engages in community development, and supports local non-profit organizations. She is an alumna of Howard University and Emory University School of Law.
