Dr. Alexandra Andhov
Assistant Professor in Corporate Law at University of Copenhagen
Legal scholar with vast expertise in corporate law, capital market law, corporate social responsibility, and technology both in academia as well as in practice. Over the last years, Alexandra has provided independent insight to key projects launching several start-ups and legal tech innovations in various jurisdictions. She leads the Legal Tech Group at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen where she implements innovative initiatives. Her book on Start-up Law is coming out in December 2020.
