Arno Reuser

Arno Reuser is one of the very few, if not the first, OSINTian in Europe. He designed the concept on behalf of the Defence Intelligence Service starting in 1990. Arno is the founder and director of Reuser’s Information Services, founder and manager (ret.) of the Open Source Intelligence branch (1990-2012), writer, speaker, teacher of the RIS OSINT Pathfinder training programmes, lecturer, and consultant.
