Debbie Scott has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, primarily working as a geotechnical engineer, and more recently acting as an Adjudicator. She is a chartered civil engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
