Maik Tribulowsky is Associate General Counsel and Head of Legal and Compliance for the India, Middle East, and Africa region at Ecolab. He is also a member of the management team of Ecolab IMEA. In this role, he is responsible for a wide range of legal and ethical tasks, including commercial contracts, labor law, corporate law, export control, anti-corruption, and code of conduct. He oversees the implementation of relevant policies, development of training programs, and conduct of compliance investigations.
