Nour Hineidi was appointed as Registrar of the DIFC Courts in November 2020, overseeing the functioning of the Court Registry and presiding over procedural hearings and applications. She has over twelve years' legal experience in Australia and the Middle East, specializing in international commercial arbitration and litigation.
