Blake Barlow
Associate Athletics Director for Risk Management and Compliance Services at UT Austin
Blake Barlow is the Associate Athletics Director for Risk Management and Compliance Services for Texas Athletics. With over sixteen years in athletics compliance and risk management, he manages the department’s compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and implements comprehensive education and risk management programs. Blake serves on the NCAA Committee for Legislative Relief and the National Association for Athletics Compliance Board of Directors. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas and a graduate degree in sport management from Texas.
