Benjamin Walton
Special Counsel, General Litigation Division at Texas Attorney General’s Office
Ben Walton joined the Office of the Attorney General in July 2017 and currently serves as Special Counsel in the General Litigation Division. He handles primarily employment litigation in state and federal court on behalf of numerous state agencies and universities. Ben graduated summa cum laude from Whitefield College with a B.A. in Christian Philosophy and attended Liberty University School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the law review and graduated summa cum laude. After appellate clerkships, he practiced in Austin, handling various litigation matters.
