Cybersecurity Litigation Seminar

The Cybersecurity Litigation Seminar is a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) event organized by the Massachusetts Bar Association's Complex Commercial Litigation Section. This seminar aims to equip legal professionals with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of cybersecurity-related legal challenges.

Key topics covered include general litigation claims that can arise in the cybersecurity context and the defenses available to companies facing these claims.
