Andre Abbud

Partner at BMA Advogados

Andre Abbud holds a PhD and Master of Laws from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an LLM from Harvard Law School. He is a Professor at FGV Direito SP, Co-chair of the IBA Arb40, and Vice-President of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr). He is a Partner at BMA Advogados.

Hamid Abdulkareem

Partner at Aluko & Oyebode

Hamid Abdulkareem is a Partner in the Litigation and Arbitration Practice of Aluko & Oyebode, one of Nigeria's preeminent commercial law firms. He is an alumnus of the University of Ilorin and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Hamid is an experienced litigator and arbitration counsel, regularly instructed in high-value disputes arising in Nigeria's energy sector. His experience includes arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL Rules. Hamid also sits as an arbitrator and has previously worked (on secondment) at Stephenson Harwood LLP, London. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Steering Committee of the IBA’s Arb40 Subcommittee.

Noradèle Radjai

Partner at LALIVE

Noradèle Radjai is a Partner at LALIVE in Geneva and a member of the international arbitration team, specializing in commercial and investment arbitration in the energy (in particular oil and gas), telecommunications, and construction sectors. She also advises clients from the Middle East or in relation to contracts or projects in the Middle East. Ms. Radjai has acted as counsel and arbitrator in various international arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional (under the ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICSID, AAA/ICDR, UNCITRAL, and Swiss Rules), including disputes arising from share sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, and large projects, governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws including English law, Swiss law, and Cypriot law.
