2025 ABA YLD Annual Meeting Assembly

The ABA YLD Annual Meeting Assembly is the highest policy-making body of the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division (YLD). This in-person event is scheduled for Friday, July 31, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in conjunction with the 2026 ABA Annual Conference in Chicago, IL. The Assembly provides a platform for young lawyers to draft, present, debate, and vote on proposed policies, known as Resolutions, thereby shaping the future of the legal profession.
