Yuval Horn chairs the Technology and Life Sciences practice at Gornitzky & Co., one of Israel's largest full-service law firms. He advises clients on international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, structured finance, and corporate reorganizations, as well as on all legal aspects of operations of high-tech and life sciences companies. He has been awarded the Leading Global Practitioner Prize in Life Sciences Transactions by Who's Who Lawyers in 2024 and 2022. Yuval also teaches Life Sciences Entrepreneurship at Tel Aviv University Law Faculty and serves on various committees related to medical ethics and contracts.
